Terms Without The Legal Fog.

You may use TopServer.Network for lawful research into game server hosting, finding servers to join, and using our free tools. Please don't:

• interfere with the service, bypass security or overload the site;
• scrape or bulk-copy comparisons, listings or server data, or use automated access that disrupts normal use;
• abuse forms, submit spam or impersonate someone else;
• manipulate votes, listings, claims or click counts.

We may block access, remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

TopServer.Network compares game server hosting providers; it doesn't operate or sell their services. When you buy from a provider, your contract, billing, support, refunds and service levels are between you and that provider, under its own terms.

We work to keep prices, features, locations, ratings, deals and promo codes current, but providers change them without notice and data can be delayed or incomplete. Always check the final price, specification and terms on the provider's website before buying. Ratings from third parties such as Trustpilot belong to those services.

Some provider links are affiliate links: we may earn commission from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Paid placements, adverts and Sponsored Servers are labelled as such and managed separately from our comparisons and from the players-based server rank.

The Server Lists help you find ARK: Survival Evolved servers to join. Please bear in mind:

• We don't run these servers. Each server is operated by its owner, who sets its rules, moderation, mods, wipes and uptime. Join and play at your own discretion.
• Unclaimed servers are listed from Steam's public server list and the servers' own public information. We haven't reviewed them, and details may be wrong or out of date.
• Reviewed communities have had their ownership and listing checked. A review isn't an endorsement or a guarantee of how a server is run.
• Statistics such as player counts, "seen online" percentages and rank come from our observations, may be incomplete, and aren't guaranteed uptime figures.
• Removal: a server owner can ask us to remove or block their unclaimed server at any time through our contact page.

• You may only list or claim servers and communities that you run or are authorised to manage. Claims are verified and approved by a reviewer; we may refuse, reverse or transfer ownership where evidence shows another person controls the server.
• Keep your listing accurate and lawful. You're responsible for its content, links, images and join instructions. Don't include passwords, RCON details or other people's personal information.
• By submitting content you confirm you have the right to it, and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display and adapt it (for example resizing images) on TopServer.Network while it is listed.
• We may moderate, edit for format, reject, suspend or remove listings that are misleading, infringing, offensive, spammy, duplicated or unsafe.
• Sign-in links are personal: don't share them. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Players may vote for a server once every 24 hours. Votes show popularity, not quality, and don't change the players-based rank. Buying, automating or otherwise faking votes, or offering in-game rewards that break the game's rules, isn't allowed. We may remove votes, reset a month's count or suspend listings where we find manipulation.

Advertising, Sponsored Server placements and provider memberships are subject to approval, availability and the price, dates and specific terms agreed or shown at booking. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may reject or remove unsuitable advertising. Placements are always labelled and don't buy a review, verification, recommendation or rank. A suspended listing loses any placement immediately.

TopServer.Network provides a listing and comparison platform on a subscription basis. We make no guarantee of traffic volume, click-throughs, customer acquisition, ranking position or revenue. Membership fees are payable for access to the platform and are non-refundable on the basis of listing performance.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Providers submitting listing information must make sure it's accurate and that they have the right to provide any branding or commercial material. Submitting doesn't guarantee approval or placement. Portal users must keep their credentials secure.

Our original text, layouts, graphics (including Mr Byte), tools and software are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may link to public pages and quote brief extracts with attribution, but not republish or commercially exploit substantial parts of our comparisons, listings, data or tools without permission.

Game names, provider names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only for identification. ARK: Survival Evolved is a trademark of Studio Wildcard. TopServer.Network isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Studio Wildcard, Snail Games, Valve or any game publisher.

We may change, pause or remove features, providers, listings, tools or services, and don't promise uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

TopServer.Network is an information, comparison and discovery service. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on out-of-date information, by third-party hosting providers, by game servers listed on the site, or by other websites. Where we're liable to a business customer for a paid service, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for that service in the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
