- Public pricing on your website
- Published terms of service and a refund policy
- Clear business details (company or sole trader name, contact information)
- A status page or visible uptime record
- A public reputation: reviews, an active community or both
Meeting the standards doesn’t guarantee approval. We review every application by hand and take on providers that fit the platform and improve it for players. If it’s not a fit right now, we’ll tell you, and you’re welcome to reapply later.

Getting listed
Who can apply?
Any game server hosting company that meets our standards: at least 6 months of trading, public pricing, published terms and a refund policy, clear business details, a status page or uptime record, and a public reputation. We take on providers that fit the platform and improve it for players.
What happens after I apply?
You create your provider account as part of the application and get an email to confirm your address and set a password. We then review your company by hand. If we approve you, we email you and you choose a plan and pay. Your listing goes live as soon as payment is confirmed.
How long does review take?
We aim to review every application within 7 working days. Every application is checked by hand, so busy periods can take a little longer, and we'll keep you updated if so.
What if my application is declined?
We'll tell you, and you're welcome to reapply once things have changed, for example after more time trading or a stronger public reputation. You can reapply from your provider account.
Can I get listed for free?
Not as a new provider. Every new host comes in through membership. It's what lets us review, check and keep every listing accurate.
Can my game be added if it isn't on the site yet?
Tell us through the contact page and we'll look at it. We add games based on player interest and whether there are enough hosts to make a useful comparison.
Membership & payment
Why do you charge for membership?
Every provider we list takes time to review, check and keep accurate. Membership covers that, keeps the directory high-quality, and means we're not relying on sheer volume of listings to make the site work.
How much does membership cost?
Provider is £19 a month or £190 a year. Partner is £39 a month or £390 a year. Annual billing saves you money compared with paying monthly. You only pay once your application has been approved.
How do I pay?
By card on Stripe's secure payment page. TopServer.Network never sees or stores your card details, and Stripe emails your receipt. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel.
Can I change plan or switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, from the Membership page in your portal. The new plan starts straight away and any unused time on the old one is credited to your next invoice.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries automatically and emails you, and your listing stays live while it does. You can update your card from your portal at any time.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
Your listing is taken offline at the end of your billing period. We keep your profile data for 90 days, so you can come back without starting over.
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership is a platform service, so fees aren't refundable on the basis of how your listing performs. If something has gone wrong with billing, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Rankings & results
Does paying get me a higher ranking?
No. Membership and affiliate partnerships never affect organic ranking. Only advertising gives you extra visibility, and it's always labelled Sponsored.
How do you rank hosts?
By public reputation: the Trustpilot rating first, then the number of reviews. Hosts without a rating are listed after rated ones. Nothing you pay us changes that order.
Do you guarantee traffic or sign-ups?
No. Membership is a platform service, not a lead-generation contract. We can't promise visitors, clicks or sign-ups: results depend on your pricing, your offer and your reputation.
Can I advertise as well?
Yes. Members can book sponsored placements on the homepage, host directory, game pages and our ARK tools straight from the portal. Every paid spot is clearly labelled Sponsored.
Do I need an affiliate programme?
No, it's optional. If you have one, we're happy to talk. We usually look for recurring commission and reliable tracking.
Your account & listing
Do I need an account?
Yes. Every provider on TopServer.Network manages their listing through a provider account. You create yours when you apply, and it's where you follow your application, update your details, pricing and deals, and book advertising.
What can I change myself?
Most of your profile: tagline, description, contact details, games, features, locations, and (as a paying member) your logo and prices, all live as soon as you save. Changes to your company name or website are checked by us first, and deals are reviewed before they appear.
Can I edit the write-up on my public profile?
The independent write-up on your profile is written by TopServer, which is what makes it useful to players. Members get their own "Why choose us" section, clearly labelled Provider supplied, to make their pitch in their own words.
How often do I need to update my listing?
Whenever your offering changes. We'll also ask you to confirm your pricing every 90 days so it stays accurate for players.
Can I list more than 3 games?
Yes. Provider membership covers up to 3 game comparison pages. Partner membership includes unlimited game pages, and you can switch plan from your portal whenever your range grows.
