Server tools FAQ

What do these tools do?

They write the files a game server needs to start the way you want: start scripts, launch options and settings files. Pick your settings and copy or download the result.

Are they free?

Yes. There is no sign-up and nothing to install. They are free because we earn from the hosting comparisons on this site.

Do you store what I type?

No. The files are built for that one page view and sent straight back to you. Nothing you enter, including passwords, is saved or logged.

Where do the settings come from?

From each game developer's own documentation. Every tool shows the date it was last checked and links to its sources.
